We currently provide delivery services within the United States.
Delivery outside the United States is not supported at this time. The delivery scope may be adjusted from time to time based on logistics capabilities and operational arrangements.
Shipping fees
For orders with a total value below 200 euros, a standard shipping fee of 8 euros will be charged.
For orders with a total value of 200 euros or more, free shipping will be applied.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, allowing customers to clearly review the final cost before placing an order.
Tax information
All product prices include applicable taxes, such as value-added tax or relevant sales tax. Under normal circumstances, customers are not required to pay additional taxes at checkout.

Cut-off time
Orders placed before 18:00 each day will enter the processing queue on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. This schedule is used to coordinate warehouse sorting and logistics system integration to ensure consistent order handling.
Order processing time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing.
The processing stage includes order confirmation, inventory allocation, warehouse sorting, product packaging, and logistics handover. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes.
Transit time
Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 5–10 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, carrier operations, and factors such as holidays or force majeure events.
Cross-border logistics involve multiple stages, including international transportation and local last-mile delivery, which may result in regional differences in delivery time.
Logistics carriers
We generally use international logistics providers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.

Responsibility and risk statement
During transportation, delays caused by customs inspections, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events are beyond our direct control.
If delivery issues arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the resulting consequences.
Once the logistics carrier confirms delivery, the risk associated with the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Delivery receipt guidelines
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of damage or abnormal conditions.
